Your myCTPF registration is almost complete. An email with a link to validate your email and complete your registration will be sent to xxxxxx@xxx.com. If you do not receive an email within one hour of submission, please check your junk or spam folders before contacting CTPF Member Services at 312-641-4464 or myCTPFhelp@ctpf.org.
To complete your registration:
- Access your email account.
- Look for and open a message with the subject line: myCTPF Email Validation.
Note: be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders if you are not able to find the email in your inbox.- Open the email and click the link to complete your registration. If you cannot click the link, cut and paste the address into a web browser. Once you have clicked the link you can sign in to the myCTPF.
Enter your First Name as it appears in CTPF official records. Active Members will find it on your Annual Member Statement. Retired Members will find it on your check advice.
Enter your Last Name as it appears in CTPF official records. Active Members will find it on your Annual Member Statement. Retired Members will find it on your check advice.
Enter the last four digits of your social security number. To protect your privacy, your number will not appear on the screen and will not be shared.
For your account security, a Mobile Phone Number is required. A six-digit code will be sent to your mobile phone number each time you attempt to log in to myCTPF.org. You will need to enter the six-digit code on the myCTPF.org login screen to successfully access your account.
Enter your Member ID as it appears in CTPF official records. Active Members will find it on your Annual Member Statement. Retired Members will find it on your check advice.
Enter your Date of Birth as it appears in CTPF official records. Use the format mm/dd/yyyy.
Email must be completed. Enter a valid, personal (not employer-provided) email address.
Password must be completed and contain a minimum of 15 characters including uppercase and lowercase letters, a number and a special character [!@#$%^*].
